Indelicate is a pro-life organization dedicated to rescuing abused, neglected, surrendered, and confiscated Pit Bulls. The passionate team works tirelessly to provide these dogs with a safe haven, veterinary care, and rehabilitation, helping them heal and thrive in a loving environment.

Indelicate is facing a crisis with rising costs and only three employees and eight volunteers caring for 42 dogs. Monthly essentials total around R110,000 (about $5,700 USD)—an overwhelming burden for this small rescue.

Just $5 (about R86) can cover essentials, and sponsoring a dog for $55 helps sustain them for a month. They've paused accepting new dogs and urgently need our support to keep their doors open. Please help us ensure they can continue their vital mission!

Juno came to us in pretty rough shape, with worn-out joints, a damaged spine, and muscle loss from not moving much. His elbows were rough and calloused, likely from years of lying on hard floors. After a double TPLO surgery, he's finally on the road to recovery and getting the care he deserves!

Loki Lou was found back in 2022 in a field, severely malnourished and barely surviving. The farmer who found him brought him into rescue and Loki showed everyone just how much fight he has in him. He started improving day by day, no longer skin and bones, Loki showed everyone just how joyful and appreciative he is. He loves people and is already ready for a cuddle!

Ivy is doing well!

Rescued from another shelter, Ivy arrived at Indelicate in August 2024. She was withdrawn from the world and shut down. Her vet visit revealed that she has arthritis throughout her body, as well pneumonia and severe hip dysplasia. Ivy will be loved and cared for, for whatever time she has left.

Sweet Banks was found hiding in some bushes in a town after people had seen him roaming the streets using only his two front legs. He is about a year old and weighs about 15 pounds now!
